external wastegate
mine is preset for 8lbs do i need a boost controler, why are their 2 boost lines?

you don't need a boost controller but would suggest getting one because you can control boost more stable. the two lines i think your talking about is one for lo-boost and one for hi-boost you can preset boost levels
