What spring u would use to lower the EK for 1.5"?

I am using the Eibach Prokit now with the blue Tokicos. I want to lower it a bit more, any one have any suggestion on springs??

I am thinking of Neuspeed, H&R Sport and Eibach Sportline, or maybe GC coilover.

Thanks for any suggestions

Eibach sportline, would be your best bet. They are not as stiff as the H&R race or Neupeed race.
You may be able to pull of the Neupeed soft sport which I believe drops 1.75" My concern is the shocks, holding up to a drop over 2" I would stay under that.

I don't really recommend sleeves, although the GC are the best, kind, unless your goal is looks and not really performance.

IMO there are many headaches with that option.

So I like the Neuspeed softsport, and sportlines.

thanx a lot....

How stiff if the Sportline is compared with the Prokit? I got the ST sway bar installed as well and I notice the sway bar itself "stiffen" the spring quite a bit.

If you thinking about the sportlines, give them a call and ask to speak to one of Eibach's tech's. Find out what the spring rates at front and back. On my 86 accord the rear rates for sportlines is "shocking" low. The tech himself paused to double check, thinking if was incorrect. In the end he figured that the bump stops must come into play, raising the effective rear spring rates.

Really low rear spring rates ='s more understeer.

Thats true for many spring manufactueres, kinda wierd, but it is the drop he is looking for, so real world they may feel stiffer, but you will be lower

NO UNDERSTEER PLEASE

You'll be happy with the sportlines if you are happy with the prokit, you have a camber kit yet?

If not you may want to start looking, if you plan on dropping it further

While researching spring rates for my car I found a web site that was selling civic parts. And on that site they listed the spring rates for a number of spring makes for the civic. Quite a few of them did not have noticeable soft rear rates. H&R stood out in that respect. I'll try and locate the url, I don't have it on this computer.
