1998 Ford Taurus ABS light..
I have had this problem off and on for about 2 years. At certain times the ABS light will just come on and stay on. At first it would come on after starting the car, then just go out after a while. Then it would come on intermittently and flicker on and off then go out. Finally I noticed a pattern. Seems when it is warm out it never comes on. So now that it is finally getting cold I have noticed that when the temperature is below sixty degrees, the ABS light comes on, but any higher ( 65+ ) it wont come on.
Turn it on in the cold morning, its on, after the weather warms up it doesnt come on. And then later at night once its colder again..it comes back on.
The brakes work fine and always have. Anyone have any ideas?
