Post Keyless Remote Programming Instructions

I have recently purchased a 2000 Acura TL and the remotes were not with it. I have purchased a used remote and need programming instructions.

Does anyone have programming instructions.

the only ppl that would really know is a honda/acura dealership. Or someone who has worked or is affiliated with such an institution...
