Okay, you're asking about kits with engines. Well, that limits you to Skylines and only R32GTR's at that. Tamiya has an excellent R32 with full engine and chassis detail that many buy simply to do conversions on other GTR kits (R34's in partiular). Aoshima also has an R32GTR with engine, HKS Kansai edition I think or something with GT Wing? Somebody else would know. Also, Fujimi has a KPC110GTR Skyline kit with engine, and Tamiya does a stellar KPC10 GTR "Hakosuka" with engine. Both are great fun and go together well.

But that's it as far as engines are concerned in regards to your list. Tamiya does have a full detail FD RX-7 kit, namely their R1 kit. Though it may be somewhat difficult, you could transplant the Aoshima C-West bodywork onto the full detail Tamiya kit.

what do you mean by 'see the engine'? Layla's Keeper posted what models have engines...
you construct the engine, dont glue on the bonnet (or cut it out if its already on) and you have an engine car
