Translation of the MVR article

here is the translation,

it's not perfect but something.............

It’s worth to describe your feelings when climbing into the reign of a mclaren f1 gtr .
Even a test-routinier is nervous.
It wasn’t yet able for a normal “human” man , to board this high-tech-cockpit made of carbon fibre , aluminium , magnesium and titan for some turns on the race track.
1,5 million DM are with him + the le mans racing history.
this mclaren , build in 1996 and driven by andy wallace , justin bell and oliver grouillard , took the 6th place in le mans in the harrods livery and won the BPR race in silverstone .
You have a great view out of the cockpit , because the driver sits in the middle like in a formula 1 car.
The cockpit looks like one of a jet because of the LCD monitor and the little buttons all around the driver.
The car wasn’t made for tall people and the seat makes you fell like you’re in your own bed.
The steering wheel is cut off because of the minimal view out off the cockpit , but it works.
The low nose makes you feel flying over the track in hockenheim ( german gp-track).
The street gets a different way with more horsepower and lower weight.
The 6 litre v12 , build by bmw , is an engine , which was build of 2 M 3 engines and puts out an enormous sound and accelerating.
It’s unbelievable what this v12 is able to do and the sound of the 600 hp strong car is also great when the engine was just started.
The engine works great even when push the gas pedal just a little farer.
But the sounds of the gearbox , suspension etc. , which you can hear in other race cars aren’t there.
The engine makes music.
The barking near the red limiter makes you believe that there are 12000 possible , but in reality we have “just” 7000.
This 1 ton heavy car is able to put the head of the driver back in every gear and situation.
Let the clutch come , step on the accelerator , give it the next gear and drive faster trough the next corner.
Now there’s the question : “ what’s so difficult on winning the FIA gt championship with this car???”.
The championship shows , that you need a mclaren , but it should be a ’97.

have fun

^_^
