does the 2001 g20 come with the wings west kit factory?

when i checked out the wings west website... thier kit looks exactly like the bumpers that cam on my factory....

the picture on the wings west website shows the piece they make for the g20. its not a body kit... it is a front air dam which goes on the bottom front of the car...

you can see a better pic here on luke chen's car...
