How fast can I make a porsche 944 N/A?

I was planning on getting a 1986 porsche 944 naturally aspirated and I was wondering how fast I could make it if I do all N/A mods? (Headers, intake, exhaust etc..)

Also, is it possible to slap on a factory turbo on the N/A 944. I know it would require lowering the compression ratio and swapping out the computer and rebuilding the engine with stronger parts, but I was just wondering if anyone has done it and if its possible of course. Thanks!
