You will be heard. Period.

Greddy Evo has a nice deep sound to it.

Do consider that only the 97-98 Prelude benefits a LOT from a header change. The 99-01 models have the better header. With that said, go with the exhaust you prefer. In my case I have been using Thermal R&D and love it. It is not a "fart can" setup and actually resembles the stock system. The unit is 100% USA and the fit is excellent.
Is it louder than stock-sure. But it is not obnoxious.

ive got the aem intake or my prelude and im really satisfied with it, i also got dc sports headers, and i got great power out of em. For the exhaust i suggest the tanabe super racing medalion, its really deep and really loud. For a better price you can get the apexi n1 or the 5zigen fireball, ive had both and i like the sound out of both.

I have also heard that the 5zigen fireball is very quiet with the silencer on it.
