supraforums.com cant register?

i wanted to register on www.supraforums.com and it said it is closed. anyone know why they did this? is it temporary?

At the time this was posted supraforums was moving servers. Do not go to teamsupra, coincidintaly when supraforums was hacked and all 33,000 emails stolen, teamsupra.com spammed every listed supraforums member with their BS forum, including me.

Well belive it or not some people were getting sick of SupraForums and the crap so other forums were started.. apparently this one is pretty slow..i-supra is a bunch of kids.. I say TeamSupra is great..we are just trying to let more people know it's out there.. heaven forbid.. I was happy to get an email.

No what they did was really wrong they bought the fuckin' list of everyone's e-mail then are spamming everyone with their shitty site, once in a while.

Ok well then ignore my advice...doesn't matter to me. I guess not everyone will agree on things..but at least let other make ttheir own decisins..aka dont bash it till you try it.

And if they "bought" the e-mail list then shouldnt you be pissed at SF for selling it?

Supraforums didn't sell it
the hacker who hacked the forums sold it. It makes sense I mean if say a friend of yours got his car stolen would you buy and drive it like nothing happened ??

I did try "teamsupra", i got a membership there and everything the day before they spammed me. They have no content, no FAQ, no archive for people to search, and every post i've seen there either has the words "nawwwssss" or "fast & furious" in it (ok so i streached the truth alitte bit on that one ). Supraforums is and always will be the best supra related forum long as it's running, just because of the number of knoledgable and helpful people there, and the massive number of posts making searching for a question much faster and easier than posting a question. By the way you forgot to mention the only MKIII specific forum, www.supramania.com which is almost as helpful for new people because of the FAQ, DAQ, mkiii specs secions, and the fact that theirs alot of people there that don't visit supraforums anymore.
