short shifters....
I have a skunk2 short shifter and knob with new bushings and I just had a few questions. Does a short shifter really mess up your tranny? Also how do all of you like your short shifters? I like mine, but if it isn't good for my tranny I am just going to sell it. I don't mind the stock throw so much I just got a good deal on the shifter so I bought it. Thanx for your input.

-test pipe(makes exhaust sound really bad)
-Skunk2 short shifter and knob
-Hx wheels
-Tenzo front and rear strut bars
-parts waiting to go on- nuespeed header
-waiting to be built-my spare a6 block, with y8 head, 93 valve cover, z6 intake manifold, integra tb....

No they don't mess up your tranny, and short shifters rock.

either because they dont know what they're talking about or they were butches and installed incorrectly. Did you upgrade to poly shifter bushings? If not spend the $10.00 & do so.
