Question about Stalling

when i stall, my car turns over but doesn't start up. Then i have to leave the car alone for about 5 minutes till it finally starts up. Why is that? and what can i do to make it start up with no problems?

Hey man, it could be a number of things, but my dad had the same problem a while back, hed try to start it, but it wouldnt start. His starter was takin a crap on him, but it could be different from what youre talking about. I'll call one of the techs at the shop I work at tomorrow and ask him, see what I can get for ya.

Well if it is your stater, until you get a new one, you can smack it with a hammer a few tiems and it might help get it out of the dead spot.

My crx does this, and it did it really bad one night when my girlfriend stalled it. But its not my starter, the shop I took it to said it was the coil, so I had to replaced but its doing it again. So now to fix it, im swaping in a b16
