Universal 5 bolt - fake lugs?

Hey there guys, I'm looking to buy these universal 5 bolt rims for my car, but I think it looks damn ugly with the empty extra 5 holes. If I were to buy, is there some way to make it look like all the holes are filled (maybe fake lugs)? I was thinking what if I glued a set to each rim, but I think it could pose a safety hazard to other drivers (if the glue came apart and one of them lugs went flying! )

Any ideas?

Thanks,
InfiniSteve

Check with the wheel manufacturer, they may have plastic plugs . . . some of our multi-bolt pattern wheels come with plastic plugs . . .
