Are you talking about the banjo bolt on top of the nut fitting on the fuel line itself on the bottom. The key to getting it off is use some kind of lube and put a wrench on the bottom nut and just hold it. Then unscrew the filter with another wrench, try to put most of the stress on the filter (top). And did you strip with the wrench or the actual threads.

i didnt strip the threads just the nut. It still has some grip to grip on with a open end wrench. If i cant get it off can i just break it and put a new one on. I was just wondering because i really need to fix this. But thanks for the info.

Well then I assume you are talkinga bout the bottom nut, i'd try to put a vise grip on there and see if you can remove the filter. I wouldnt recommend breaking it, maybe just as a last resort because replacing the fuel line will be much more of a hassle than this. If you stripped it to hell then I guess it wouldn't hurt to replace it anyways. Check out this website, it is the best reference to OEM honda replament parts I have ever seen. www.hondaautomotiveparts.com
