factory cd player/CD-R, CDW discs?
I just got a 1997 Grand Am Gt. It has the Delco factory Cd player. Most of the time it wont play any writable discs. Ocassionaly i can stick one in and it will begin to play but it wont skip ahead to any other tracks. Does anyone know what is going on and what I could do about it?

I tried that already. My burner will burn up to 48X but i never do it that fast i usually burn about 8X and that seems to always work fine. When it didnt work i started burning at 4X then 2X and still no change.
Doesn't really matter now though I already swapped out the radio with a new Cd-r/Cdw/ Mp-3 player. Im thinkin a ten disc changer will look really nice settin in the trunk also. Thanks anyway. Nate |
