I pulled up two lanes over next to him expecting some kid, and it was a mexican construction worker or something. Maybe he stole it?

Yeah it's nice, if he lost the wing, the stickers, and the front bumper. The whole point of this post was I thought it was funny how he put Civic Si real big on the side like nobody knows what a Civic looks like...

I agree with MOGG that doesn't sound to good  .But on the other hand he must be pretty slow to put that big ass sticker on the side of his car.Hell it might be his son, or i hope it his son car.
