Will p195/60/r15 87h tires fit on same rim as 195/50/r15 87v

Yes they will but your odometer and speedo will be off and make sure the load ratings is correct for your car. I've know people who went with the 195/50x15" tire and it wasn't enough for their car and the tire blew.

Going up in aspect ratio and keeping the width and the diameter the same will fit the rim with no problem. I don't know why you want to go bigger though.
