Install of Coilovers and KYB GR2'S

could someone please assist me in finding info on the instalation process for coilovers and shocks/struts... I did a search on here and it keeps tell me that my terms don't meet the required number of charcaters or some bs ...Please help...I wanna get these installed before this weekend's auto x meet, and this afternoon is like the only time I have this week.

if you can wait until thursday i can put up pix because i am reswapping my suspension from springs to coilovers again
