ls header fit b16a?

i need to know this my friend has a 97 ls motor in his del sol and he has a 4-1 dc header will it fit my jdm 95 b16a motor??? if so let me know asap cas he's selling it to me for 50 bux.... late

I don't think it will, but buy it anyway and if it doesn't fit sell it on eBay for $200 and put that money toward one that does fit.

It will bolt up, but it is a little bit taller, if your car is lowered a lot, it may cause a clearance issue.

so will it fit or will it not fit... 2 different answer's my car is lowered but not all low... so if it fits ill get it if it wont bolt on i wont get it.... and are they o2 sensors in the same spot? i need to know all this

i bought a ls header and it didn't fit on my b16........i guess yours might be different

does anyone know for sure if i buy a dc 4-1 header from a ls engine if it will bolt on my b16a i need to know 50 bux is a great deal... someone has to know for sure.... LET ME KNOW THANKS!!!!!!

Just buy it and if it doesn't fit, then sell it, you can get 150-200 for it easy.

YES, the header will fit and bolt onto the head. The problem lies at the flange where it bolts to the cat. You'd need either a Teg cat or test pipe.

B series head bolt patterns are the same. VTEC and non-VTEC alike. I have a JDM 98 Spec ITR header and bought the JDM cat because the patterns at that end are different. Just try to install and you'll see what I mean. Sh*t, it's only 50 bucks.

i need to know 100% for sure that it will bolt to the block the cat part isnt a problem i can just weld that together but it needs to bolt up to the head with no problems people let me know... THANKS

Look dude, the intake manifold bolt patterns are different between the GSR's and PR3 heads (B16A/CTR, ITR), The exhaust manifold bolt pattern is the same. The flange at the cat, and the height are the difference's.

ok so for sure now the dc header from my friends ls engine will bolt up to the "HEAD" fine only problem will be the cat lining up if that is the case then its fine im going to weld the header to the cat anyhow...
