No Cruise Control, No Horn, and Bad Shift & Speedometer

My speedometer keeps bouncing on and off and when it does the van shifts hard or hesitates. Also the cruise control failed along with the horn. They had failed earlier but a AIR BAGS light recall seem to fix them for a while. This suckers going down hard...any ideas from the BrainTank?

There's a recall for this. Has to do with the clockspring in the steering wheel. Check it out.
