Has anyone seen the auctions on E bay where for $10 u get a resistor & instructions to boost HP without hurting ECU? Anyone try it what u think?

Yeah, I've seen these. Absolute garbage. More or less, it's a 25 or so cent resistor you can get a Radio Shack. Not worth it IMO.
