dohc zc ecu questions, 89 integra ecu any problems?
i have a civic hatch with a dohc zc and i recently changed to an 89 teg ecu and i noticed a little more oomph in the midrange but my rev limiter was suposed to go from 7200 to 7800 and it is the same, and the ecu has the right part number and everything, i havnt had any problem of check engine light coming on or anything, like ive heard on some websites, so if anyone knows if there is really a diffeferce in revlimits or if it is too close to really notice it would be helpfull thanks

actually the 86-89 is supposed to cut out at 7500. I had that ECU in my CRX when i had my ZC and it used to cut out right at 7200 also, so i really think that's normal. I wouldnt have been able to tell a difference in 300 RPM anyways so i think you have nothing to worry about.
