Question am I the only one?

That counts how many Maximas you see when you are going down the highway?

Yesterday and today I was rolling to and from SC and I saw 27 Maximas, in all different years on my way to SC and not one of them looked wore out, I even saw an 81 Max, it still looked good.

What is the most you've counted?

What year and what color(s)?

Mostly I saw the beige colored ones on Saturday and today I saw mostly white like mine.

Do you also notice the different Gens as well? I'd like to get some feedback on this because I'll feel like a Nerd Accountant on this if I'm the only one.

Pitch in with your count and the things you look for. This board is going dead and I thought I'd just post something maybe some of us do, do you do it too?

Well, I just got my Maxima so I never use to notice Maximas on the road. But now that I have one, I did notice quite a few on the road today. I didn't count how many there were but I did notice them.

in my parking lot alone there are about 10+ maximas.. i used to look for maximas on the road a lot.. but since 99% of the drivers are older women i gave up counting them.. on the other hand i've been seeing a lot of modded maximas.. mostly tints and weathervents.. i see at least one a day with rims and a few with altezzas and a couple with exhausts.. as they become cheaper out there younger guys are getting their hands on them and doing their thing.

I see about 10 everyday, all 5th gens. there are a few 4th gens but nothing special. Its funny when other maxima owners ask me what I have( no badges) and they are driving the same car.

There are four Maximas in my driveway since the whole family has one. But I notice every Maxima that passes my way. I love seeing the really old ones still running.

last night i saw a 4th gen preety modded out.. it must have HIDs 'cause it came head on and those lights were extremely bright.. without projectors or the right housings those lights are not very friendly to other drivers on the road.

Re: I'am I the only one?

Unfortunately, here in Puerto Rico there aren't much Maximas on the road. It is rare when I get to see some other maxima out there (and I travel quite a bit in this little island). Because of this I haven't been able to race against another Maxima!!!! I wish there were...

Max's all over. In my circle of friends there is my '97 beige I30, 99 black SE, 94 white GXE, 92 Charcoal GXE, 90 Beige Max, 02 Dk Blue SE. There is also a 03 I35 that an older couple drive.

On the road I see at least 4 a day. It seems the young guys are buying/inheriting the Gen 3 and see the 30 somethings in the Gen 4's. I think I'll get 4 more years outta my car easy, but the wife got her eye on the FX35. She has it posted on the fridge.
