this is just a question to anyone who upgraded there wheels so i can prepare for mine, i just wanna make sure.
i got a 98 accord ex v6 and all my tires need replacing so i bought 17x7 rims and i bought 215/50/17 tires from tirerack. but tirerack called me this morning to tell me that the wheels may not fit just by bolting in and i may have to bend the fender lips in the rear but they couldnt confirm such a thing. i just wanted to know if anyone had to bend there fender lip to put in 17" wheels. thanks. |

Re: question about wheels tires for 98 accord
You should be fine with that size tire, but you never really know until installed.
Is your car lowered? |

if offset of those rims is +42mm and higher you should be fine. if its lower you might need to roll fender lips.
