Have you added a convertor yet because that should be your first step.

30-35hp and 25-20ft.lbs depending on the cam (I'm not familiar with it).

Yeah, it should add about the amount of rwhp that he said...I would think. At least that's what I've seen it add with those similar mods on an LS1...

You would see more with an exhaust. Full length headers (the ones that end under the car) and an X pipe with a pair of twister mufflers dumping in front of the axle and O2 sims to fool the computer for not having cats.
Besides changing a cam is a PITA compared to exhaust work.

The only thing that flows about flowmasters is the name.

The trick to the exhaust on a 4th gen is that you know what works/sounds the best. The trick is getting all to fit under the car with the clearance that you want. What are you looking for this car to do? If you want LT's with an x-pipe, I hope you don't plan on lowering the car as well. You won't be able to drive over a speed bump ever again, you'll hurt the exhaust too badly...

You might get between 25hp-50hp rear depending on tuning and if the parts are utilized. Your going to have fun the first time you get in it after those mods.
