My 2003 Malibu died again (3rd time)

I was headed to Montreal Canada on the Northway in New York and my car died again (3rd time). I was able to get it to go in fits and starts to Glens Falls NY and had to leave it there last Sunday. The dealership in Glens Falls checked the car and it died on them also. They had the Tech equipment deployed when they drove it and no codes appeared. The only thing not tested was the ignition switch which they felt may be problem but they were not 100% sure. The switch was replaced. The dealership had to do a flash upgrade of the new PCM which caused a problem with the low oil light coming on when there is plenty of oil. The software needed to resolve this problem is currently not available to dealerships at the moment. After almost being killed three times in this car from rear end collesions when the car died and losing over $350.00 in time away from work, cell phone calls from Canada and money lost on my travel voucher I am calling it quits on this car. I cannot drive a vehicle that is not trustworthy and puts a knot in my stomach every time I get behind the wheel. I am going to demand either a new vehicle or a refund.
