A few oldies

A few pics of some of my past models, alas all of them met an untimely demise when I split with my first wife. 'Hell hath no fury' etc

Who needs women eh?

Nice collection (or was!), I like the cosworth, was the interior from the XR4?

Yep, not exactly 100% right but was a direct transplant and looked ok, it was also fitted with the rims from a BMW 635

Re: A few oldies

Thought so, don't suppose it survived and found way into your parts box did it?

fraid not, the only thing I managed to salvage from any of them was the Lambo wheels I used on my SMART EVO 1.5.

No problem man. I love seeing other peoples work. It gives me ideas, and just seems to make me a better modeler anyways.

The cosworth is a mix of two Tamiya kits the soera xr4 road car for the interior and undercarrage with Tamiya BMW 635 rims and the Jag is the old Hasagawa TWR xjs road car with a set of fujimi rims. It was actually one of my favorites at the time as it was my first flawless paint job and it realy suited the car. Shame it ended up like it did

BTW thanks for the comments this thread was a little slow getting off the ground.
