Question Headers for 91 civic dx

i am looking for some stainless steel headers to go on my '91 civic dx with the 1.5 engine. which brands will mount up perfectly, wont vibrate against the frame, and have the oxygen sensor mount in the correct location? ( I want to bolt them on and have no problems whatsoever)

I have looked at: DC Sports, OBX, BBk.........

also, will a cat-back exhaust for an Si fit my dx (same mounting flanges and hanger locations)?

Re: Headers for 91 civic dx

you should skip the whole header thing, and go straight to the mpfi. should cost around the same or cheaper and will actually give you some performance gain.

Talking well

why would you want a header system? my budy had that on his stock civic and ran form a 19.5 to a 19.1 in the 1/4 mile not that much of a difference invest in another motor,or maybe check out chikara, i think

4 tenths of of a second sounds like a pretty good gain even if your car runs 19s or it runs 12s. When I add a header I would like to go from 17.3 to 16.9. Plus with a Dx sedanjoe shouldnt be running as slow as 19s.
Anyway, if you dont want to do an engine swap, do the header and MPFI swap at the same time, youll love the addition of MPFI.

you might as well just swap the hole head for a D16Z6 rather than spending all the money on a header and a MPFI swap. Even the D16A6 head would work also.
