Hi guys,
Did anyone here try "Liquid" compound before? here is the one I wanna get HSGTT-25 Hasegawa --- Ceramic Compound any experience of using this one? is it good? Thanks, Joe

I bought this a while ago and IMO i think it is a lot better than Tamiyas Compound since it leaves no icky residue behind. I suggest u get the coating polymer as well since after u used the compound the polymer gives it a mirror finish.

Hey i noe this is not related to this thread but, N.E one knows if Gunze Sangyo's Mr Surfacer Liquid Putty is good?

Tamiya Compound shouldn't leave scratches. If it does, it's either...
1)Sand paper is too coarse. -> Use finer sand paper,such as 4000 and up 2)Polishing cloth is too coarse. -> Use finer cloth such as eyeglass cleaning cloth, or silver polishing cloth. Hasegawa's ceramic compound is better in my opinion, and the reason is the same as CalsonicR34. I recommend it. |
