1.3 litre strait 3

how much horsepower do you think i could get of a suzuki swift on a semi limited budget? would it be worth it? thinking about making a suzuki swift... well swift.

I thought that the swift had a four cylinder engine - and that the el-cheapo "Geo" was the one fitted with the three (of less than one liter's displacement no less)

lolz, ur joking rite?? might as well get a Geo Metro, and supercharge it. did u guys see the Geo's in Sport Compact Car? they made that Geo hit 150 mph!

The swift grew out of the Chevy Sprint (also made by Suzuki).

In 1986/87 they offered it with a turbocharger. At the time, it as a .9 liter 3 cylinder running 7-9 psi of boost for close to 100 HP. Car weighs about 1600 lbs.
