Lsd

Hey dude, limited slip differential, so intead of spinning one wheel for 20ft... you spin 2 wheels for 8-10ft ... twice as much traction, the only other thing i could recomend slicks... but thats a track only thing

Yes some cars come with limited slip... but not preludes. Both tired will wear down becasue both tires do spin... except it will spin the tire that has less traction... where as a lsd will put power over the wheel thats not spnning... and when you drag race becaus both tires will spin when you launch you will get both tires giving you traction, not just the one that is spinning. Um a phantom lsd is like 300$... but ive heard back things about them, id go with a real LSD which is about 700-800 i think

Go with a clutch type quaife LSD. Heard nothing but good about them.

A straight launch should spin both tires anyway, if you are on even ground.

How about trying not to rev to 7500 RPM at launch and just launch from about 1500. I've won many races this way. They just sit and spin, and I am going.

Thanks for the help everyone please keep it coming if you have any ideas. I have been trying different rpms like 2000 and 2200. Also have not floored it right away off the line until i know the tires are not going to spin. Thanks.

is your car lowered? if not, do it. also, let some air out of your tires for a little better traction. Give it a shot. Good luck.
