Question about 2003 seats and seat covers

Question, I'm going to receive a free set of front Nissan Xterra Neoprene seat covers, now here is the issue. The covers are for the 2002 Xterra, now I know the 2003 seats have lumbar support, but my question is that the only difference, if so I can make a little hole for the lumbar support, thanks in advance.

are you going to constantly change the lumbar?? set the lumbar and pull the cover over it. if you make a hole in the cover it might start to come apart on ya. or just unhook the cover and adjust the seat, then reinstall the seat cover.
