according to the Alpine site that sub takes 200rms
it will be pretty hard to find a 300x2 amp for $200 new, but it shouldn't be too hard to find a 200x2 for around that price
the Avionixx AXA 600.4 puts out 300x2 power but it costs $280

The Avionixx AXA 440.4 puts out 220x2 and it's $205
There are a lot of choices, it will take some searching
