Alpine
I have a friend who just bought to new Alpine 12"s(SVC) type E, 300 watt rms according to the site and 600 max. What Amp would you recommend?

according to the Alpine site that sub takes 200rms
it will be pretty hard to find a 300x2 amp for $200 new, but it shouldn't be too hard to find a 200x2 for around that price the Avionixx AXA 600.4 puts out 300x2 power but it costs $280 The JBL P180.2 puts out 180x2 http://www.jbl.com/car/products/prod...er=POS&cat=AMP The Avionixx AXA 440.4 puts out 220x2 and it's $205 There are a lot of choices, it will take some searching

I typically overpower .... so I would go with something that pushes each speaker to 300-400 watts RMS
|
