I can't seem to get the finger lever back in my airbrush to reinsert the needle.. How do I do it..? It's a dual-action Paasche VL..

If it's a double action airbrush, the little lever that reads the back and forth movement of the trigger might be pushed all the way forward (or back) and therefor blocking reinstallation. Just use a toothpick or something to reach in the little hole and push it of the way. Maybe.

sounds like you need to lube your brush.
go to your art supply store and get some airbrush lube.

ive has this problem on my VLS- theres a plate that goes behind the button with a hole in it and two angled tabs. Make sure the tabs fits into the slot in the top of the brush where the botton sticks out. Sometimes it can get twisted round and gets wedged against the inside of the brush barrel.
Or it might be that there is a build up of paint between the needle and interior of the airbrush- make sure theres no dried paint on the needle and scrape it off carefully if there is. Work the needle back and forth until it moves freely. Good luck!
