Not having a diablo nor the means to purchase one, take my comments lightly.
I think the 99 Roadster is great and all, but like the 6.0s far more, the newer front ends (turn signals etc) make it look 5x better.
Too bad they didn't make more millenium roadsters.
I can't wait to see the Murcielago Roadster once it gets closer to production

But the 99 VT Roadster would be better for leisureely driving, open air can be great. Although its still one hell of a machine.
Guess it just depends on whether you mind the 5.7 and "older" front end, although not having popups sure does help.

yeah, i looked at the millenium on lambocars and saw that im wrong, guess it just had a 6.0
thought it had the newer front end too.

oh well, my mistake

so they started with the new turn signals in 2000 VT only, but had the older bumper on the millenium roadster. hmmmm

Personally I love the old Roadster with the popup lights rather than inline (like Jabbas). As for the 6.0 I really like the styling at the rear but I'm not so keen on the front as imho it looks kinda bare. Still love it though!! And yes the Millenium Roadster was one hell of a car!! Who is it here that owns one again? ...Oh yeah slagwater, man where are the old owners?!!

hi

I think that the 6.0 is more powerful than the Roadster. I don`t know why, but I hate Roadsters. My opinion is that the 6.0 looks great. It looks better than all Diablos. I liked the VT99 too and I read on Lambocars.com that is the best Diablo. I don`t know why is it so rare.

Looks is personal so weigh that on your own.

The 6.0 is the precurser to the Murcielago and has many of the updated features. It is mechanically the better car in the long run.

I have studied, almost memorized the shop manual for the Murci. It is now a stable machine and should be trouble free.

I own a 575 Maranello and felt comfortable (finally) with the Murcielago Lamborghini so I ordered one last month.

hows the 575? I think that would be the perfect daily driver, well if you could afford to have one as a daily driver.
Very civile.
