good car to start with

hey guys, im 15 and im about to be 16 in about a month. what do yall think of me starting out with a honda prelude or a dodge neon or a honda civic???? which do yall think would be best?? i think maybe the prelude but i just want some other opinions. i was think around the late 80's early 90's and for the neon maybe around like a 97
