Exclamation need help removing window! fast

i'm having trouble with these clips(shown in pic) can anyone help? plus i can't get the side view mirror out of the way, cause that plastic trim piece.. need help ASAP

k i got the side mirror off.

its just the clips.. i've been yanking up on the molding pretty hard, it just wont budge... is there a special trick to these clips?

ok i figured it out. it slides off towards the front of the car, if anyone wants to know

here's that attachment i tried to send you... as i said it rotates 360 degrees.. i'm just wondering if it should go a specific way, cause both sides are a little different.
