03 RSX VS 84 Z51 Vette

i got a friend who says his 1984 vette z51 has 350 HP....i was looking up on google and every site i go says it only has 205 hp....with a 0-60 in 7.1...but a shit load of torque...both cars are stock...i dont know if the Z51 is different than the others ...can anyone explain this????

The 84 Corvette had a 350 cubic inch engine, but you are right, 205HP, 290Tq. 0-60 between 5.8 and 6.7. Z51 was the suspension/handling package that was an option. For an interesting little read go to
