Man, i could do that in PAINT. Infact, thats what you wasnt it? Look at the rear of the bike, he took off the black part, whatever it is. Wasnt really a chop either because he didnt bother fillin the emtpy part (on the bike) in. Use photoshop and the clone tool to actualy make a "chop", not paint

Open them both, then switch between the two windows. All he did was erase the brake light/turn signals and made it look stupid. Don't mind him though, he's from michigan
