Looking for toolbox lid and storage box lid for Isuzu Rodeo Sport/Amigo

I'm looking for a toolbox cover and left storage box cover (trunck area) for 1998-2000 Isuzu Amigo or 2001 and up Rodeo Sport (they are all the same). For some reason they cannot be purchased from a dealer (i?!).

Also, I would be interested in the cargo security cover for the same models.
