BMW 750. Manual.

Hi All.
I am looking to find a manual box to slap onto the back of the beasty 750 lump. I want to then put it into a replica AC cobra. I would also like to remove the injection system and fit some carb set up.
First, any idea on boxes? They seem to be like hens teath to find.
Carbs? Any ideas.
Any feedback would be good.
