air intake and exhaust 4.3L V6

i just bought a 2003 4.3L V6 silverado, and i've been trying to find a single muffler dual rear exiting exhaust system. does anybody know what would be a good exhaust to get for this size engine. also i've been having a hard time finding an air intake for this engine size. does anybody know who makes intakes for this engine.

I found a Volant Premium Cool Air System...
$277 10-15HP/15 lbs ft torque
also an Air Raid Air Intake.
$261 8-10/10 lbs ft


For exhaust it depends sometimes on what size bed/cab you have.

There are generally alot of options for exhaust, but for an extended cab/shortbed I found the best from Gibson...

Aluminized tends to be 120 or so less than Stainless Steel, and the couple examples I found had about 10-15hp/30 lbs torque increase...

Feel Free to look these up yourself.. Also I MAY be able to help get the stuff for cheaper, through a dealer I know, but I am in Germany, so it may be a pain to do so.
