mirrors and dome light don't work?

Is there a fuse that runs both of these items together? I am wondering where these fuses would be located on my 96' tahoe.

The fuse is a 20amp fuse in the fuse box inside the drivers side door on the side of the dashboard. It is the number 3 slot. My fuse continues to blow as soon as I put a new one in. Anybody else have this problem?
I've disconnected the interconnect of the dimmer/light switch, dome lights, rear cattle door switch, power mirrors and drivers door switch and triec to put a new fuse in and it still blows. There is a dead short somewhere. Anybody have a wiring diagram for the interier of a 96 Tahoe?
