These are almost all bad!
People should have to get a licence to put advice on the net!
1.If you disconnect your flapper valve (IAB) your car will suck below 3500 unless you are running a turbo or Nitrous.
2. Advance your timing, sure it's great(not on Nitrous setups) but advance it 4 degrees MAX, not full advance then back it off, unless you have 100 octane in the tank.
3. EGR mod, just disconnect the plug first to see if you like it.
4.fuel pressure mod, this is like saying Honda is stupid?!
5. don't put a filter on your intake next to the engine! Hot air! just cap it off this is why we spend all that money on Cold air intakes!
I don't have time for the rest right now but the only thing that is really helpfull is the swaybar mod and ONLY if you really know how to drive and your car is lowered with GOOD dampers.
