Best LED 194/168 bulbs?

What would be people's opinion as to the LED bulbs with the best bulb-like spread, rather than pinpoint? I'm looking to replace all the cluster bulbs, and I know that with many, 'hot spots' and shadows are a problem.

What shape seems to work the best? The inverted cone lens type? Rounded? And what brands have people liked or disliked? PIAA, Raybrig? (I know that the Eurolite/Toucan is trash, yes.)
