10s or 11s?

I have a 95 civic and I know it doesnt have the same work to it done like they do in the Fast and the Furious but I was wondering if I can get 10s or 11s with my mods. Hopefully 11s (on the quarter mile track).

I have a cold air intake, custom piping, performance muffler, plugs and wires. Im going to lower it soon so it handles better at high speed.

My exterior mods, I have window tint, stickers, and Im gonna swap out my wheel covers for rims soon! I decided not to get a stereo so it doesnt weigh me down any

Also if I save up the money will a turbo get me 9s? Ive always wanted a 9 second car!!

P.S. If my EX is this fast, I cant imagine what an Si must be like! Do they run 11s stock?

Not trying to come across as a dick but thats good for about 10 or 12 hp's and for 10's or 11's in the 1/4 you are going to need about 400 hp to the wheels.

Consider yourself in good shape if you run a 15 second pass.

only thing you are lacking is one of those HUGE erector-set style wings, throw that on the back of your ride and you should hit low 10's easy, oh yeah and get the neon windshield washer nozzle thingy's, they add 5 hp each

could your sig get any bigger? sig size has a lot to do with server problems here and u should really consider making it a tad bit smaller.
