Guys I'm trying to get a nice exhaust setup on my P11 G20T. I've got a K&N Filter up front, a remus oval exhaust at the back, and have fitted 2 1/4 inch pipes from the catback to the exhaust.

The car feels totally different, more torque more power is the sensation. Fifth gear acceleration is wicked, I don't have any times yet ..but car is really fast now.

Outside the G20s roar is akin to a high revving F1..sounds so sweet.

However inside ..it is loudest at my cruising speed of 120km/hr at 3250 revolutions. I'm gonna play around with the resonator to try to shift the resonance point or get rid of it altogether. I'm trying a more restricted resonator right now ..but it sucks the power out of the car..though still more powerful than stock. Think I"ll switch back to the mesh resonator and deal with the sound by pumping up from the sweet factory bose stereo..try Billie Jean by MJ ....damn the sound is sweet.

You should see all the folks in Toronto try to race me just because the car sounds sweet on the outside.

Have used 3" all the way with a 3" silencer half way to a "Promuff" muffler and the sound is sooooooo sweet.
You get used to the sound !!!
Just turn the sounds up a few more notches.... and cruise!!!

Dprotech,

Do they make K&N air filters for the P11? I got a 2000 g20, and I can find anything on the net. THanks

I think K&N makes a drop-in filter for a P11, meaning just replacing what you have now with a K&N, but as for a cone filter check with Stillen, their website is www.stillen.com they have an intake for our cars along with other stuff too.

I checked stillin, and i put in my info, and it brought up an Intake. But for the TYPE, it said: +HI-FLOW INTAKE, 99 (ONLY) INFINITI G20. That kinda cancels out my 00 g20 since it is only made for 99. I dunno why it came up though, since I said my car was a 2000. Oh well
