Dizzy Timing?
Hi,
I have the problem of getting my car to rev past 3000 RPM. Well I am getting a code 8- Top Dead Center. That is my distrubutor. So I checked the wires and everything is fine. However when I looked at dizzy alignment it is set all the way retarted. When I put the DX dizzy on i forgot to align it properly. I just put it on there and it was set all the way retarded. Is this what is causing my 3000 RPM rev limit? Doesnt it have to be advanced more? Thanks
