A real McLaren F1? You and your dad have a million dollars? I know where you can find one, but after what happened the last time someone on this forum said they bought a McLaren F1, I dunno...

one would think that anyone with the funds to by a mclaren would also have connections to know of ones that are for sale. it would seem unlikely that they would come online and ask random people at a forum for links to dealer sites.

but thats just me

aaaight
i'm not going to argue if you're right, but i will be sure to help you
there are 3 for sale @ taylor and crawley, but you know that. 047 (magnesium silver, license plate N884 PWV) 049 (silver) and 24R. hamilton hasn't got one at the moment, they used to have the first car that selldorff bought, chassis 068. Oakfields have one as well, a very special car, chassis 07R, the car that finished 5th @ 1995 Le Mans, this was the car that was ran by the french based Jacadi team. It has now been converted to full LM spec, and you have to see some pics of it, it's gorgeous. Website link is http://www.oakfields.com/ the dealer is just outside London.
Then there's Auto Salon Singen. It's a german dealer near munich in bavaria, and they say they have two for sale. On some other threads however, people with knowledge have said that they are not the most thrustworthy people you can find, and they will try to get a lot of money from you. the cars are both silver as well, unfortunately, I don't know the chassis #'s.
The car that used to be in the Park Lane Showroom for so long, car 065, is currently undergoing a rebuild at McLaren, and will then be sold, if a buyer hasn't been found yet, and I believe they probably found one already, than it will most likely be sold by the means of David Clark, for he was the original salesman on all McLaren's, and he is, of course, the main man at Taylor & Crawley.
There's another McLaren that is, or was, for sale, on this website:
http://www.mclarenforsale.com/ the car isn't too original anymore and is a so called "well used" example, this is car 038.
There's another road going GTR for sale, it's being sold by the owner himself, him being Ray Bellm, a driver who has driven a lot of GTR's in races through the years, and oftn very succesfull. The Car is 16R, it's an ex team Bigazzi car, and with just two races, it's a very low mileage GTR. The car finished 11th at the 1996 Le Mans and 4th @ 1996 Silverstone BPR where it was on pole position. The car has always been maintained as a racecar, but is fully road legal. You can find pics and contact info here: http://www.qv500.com/adsvendorf1gtr.htm
I hope i've helped you enough with it. If you live in America, you will face lots of legislation troubles when you want a McLaren, an easy way to avoid it is buying 038, since that is a S&D, EPA approved example

Good luck on finding a McLaren, and when you have one, enjoy it (feel free to let me enjoy it as well
regards

maarten

I think this is really strange. diablo roadster is right, normally people who want these cars have contacts and can find them...

Asking for dealers who have these cars just makes me think you want to go and visit the dealers to look around the cars with no intention of buying. If thats really the case you should just be honest and not waste thier time!

If you really want one why don't you send an Email or private message to XOTech his sig says....

And of course, the McLaren F1. Anywhere worldwide.

I typed like a page last night but I got a server buisy error and so I’m just gonna list the sites

Chassis #016R http://www.qv500.com/adsvendorf1gtr.htm
Chassis #005R www.oakfields.com
Chassis #019R www.symbolicmotorcars.com
Chassis #024R www.taylorandcrawley.com
Chassis #025 Located at Schaefer Automotive (Peloton, whats the site, I’ve forgotton it?)
Chassis #038 www.mclaren4sale.com (may have been sold)
Chassis #47 (I think) www.taylorandcrawley.com
Chassis #069 – in customs impound, if u live in Europe they may send it back to you, it was imported illegally to the US

There is also another @ taylor and crawley, chassis # unknown, stored at a different garage than the ones on the site

Its unlucky, in the past year there have been like 6 more sold, 3 @ Motorcars intl (including the Newport autosport car (yes, I am sure it was there)), the blue one that I sat in at Christies, a yellow one through taylor and crawley, a white one through taylor and crawley and a burgundy one in Europe (Chassis #059). And the last one you missed was chassis #065 that was in the showroom on park lane

I don’t think Duncan and hammilton still have theirs, its in MA in the possession of frank selldoff

Good luck with the purchase, take tons of pics

only better, for 19R has been sold, already couple of weeks ago, and it's not 05R that is for sale but 07R, it just finished 5th in 95.
the website of schaefer is
http://www.schaefer-automobile.de/
but i don't know about that car, i'm unsure, because prices are still in DM, and we're paying for nearly 2 years in euro's now
