is their anyplace online that you can order these from with the usual goodies

you can order the stock engine from anywhere, its your job to get any parts for it.

Best place to start is to check your local performance shops. They do b16 swaps all the time, so you know they have a ton of d series engines/tranny/ecu's just sittin' around. Probably get 'em pretty cheap too.
